Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Send a clear photo of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
