Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on your location within Malawi. The exact delivery cost will be confirmed when your order is processed.
How long will delivery take?
Most pre-orders are processed within 15 days
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order:
You will receive your order number.
Make payment using Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, or bank transfer.
- Our team confirms the payment and prepares your order for delivery.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your receipt will be sent to you through WhatsApp or email after your payment is verified. If you created an account, you can also view orders in My Account → Orders.
How long do I have to return an order?
Returns should be requested within 3–7 days after receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

How is the recipient reimbursed?
If a refund is approved, the amount will be sent back using the same payment method used during purchase, such as Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, or bank transfer.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. Whenever possible, refunds are processed through the original payment method used when placing the order.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, Parki Collections primarily delivers within Malawi. For international orders, please contact us first to confirm shipping availability.
How can I return an item?

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We aim to deliver the exact product shown on the website. However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
